Developmental Team (Lil Dogs / Big Dogs)

Our developmental teams prepare athletes for future competitive levels. Our goal is to give the children proper strength, flexibility and technique to excel in the sport of gymnastics. This honor is reserved for those gymnasts showing an above average ability and an extraordinary enthusiasm for the sport of gymnastics. Entry into the

pre-team program is by invitation only and is a year round commitment for 4-7 year olds.

Compulsory Team: Levels 3-5

Compulsories are the introductory levels to competitive gymnastics. It is a continued focus on the basics of gymnastics, while introducing more difficult skills and learning how to compete. Our compulsory athletes compete in a fall season under USA Gymnastics and train year round.

College Recruiting

Optional Team: Levels 6-10

Optional level gymnastics is reserved for those who excel in the sport and have competed successfully at the compulsory level already. Members of our optional team have gone on to compete successfully at college level gymnastics.

Our U.S. Gold Gymnastics Team Program offers athletes an opportunity to pursue high level competitive gymnastics under the guidance and direction of a highly accomplished and skilled training staff. U.S. Gold provides a positive and nurturing environment where gymnasts can pursue their dreams and goals. Our program provides each gymnast a chance to succeed through the development of life skills such as confidence, perseverance, sportsmanship, respect, goal setting, TEAMWORK, and a sense of accomplishment.
